General conditions of sale (GTC)

1. Introduction

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the MSSA Ecom Fzco website, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By making an order, the buyer accepts these CGVs in their entirety.

2. Products and availability

The products offered are those which appear on the site at the time of the order. MSSA ECOM FZCO strives to maintain precise information concerning the availability of products, but reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without notice.

3. Price

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in the currency applicable to the country of the buyer. The delivery costs are additional and clearly indicated before the validation of the order. MSSA ECOM FZCO reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order, according to the currency and the rates in force in the country of the buyer.

To place an order, the buyer must: 1. Select the desired products and add them to the basket, 2. Validate the contents of the basket, 3. Identify or create a customer account, 4. Choose a delivery method and a mode payment, 5. Confirm the order after having read these GTC. 5. Payment Payment is due immediately to the order. The regulations are carried out online via the secure means of payment offered by MSSE ECOM FZCO: bank card, PayPal, or any other means specified at the time of purchase. In the event of refusal of payment, the order will be canceled.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. MSSA ECOM FZCO strives to meet the delivery times indicated but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or in the event of force majeure. The delivery costs are specified before the validation of the order.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify MSSE ECOM FZCO of his decision by e-mail to contact@thepurebeauty.fr. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging. The return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the event of a delivery error.

8. Guarantee and conformity

Products benefit from legal guarantees of compliance and hidden defects. In the event of non-compliance of the product delivered, the buyer may request the repair, replacement or reimbursement of the product under the conditions provided by law. For any complaint, the buyer can contact MSSE ECOM FZCO customer service to contact@thepurebeauty.fr.

The responsibility of MSSA ECOM FZCO is limited to the amount of the order. MSSA ECOM FZCO cannot be held responsible for indirect damage, loss of profits, or any other loss resulting from the use or impossibility of using the products.

10. Data protection

The personal data collected within the framework of the sale is processed in accordance with our privacy policy to ensure the protection of the buyer's information.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of agreement, the courts of the United Arab Emirates will be solely competent.

12. Changes in GTC

MSSA ECOM FZCO reserves the right to modify these GTCs at any time. The new CGVs will be applicable upon publication on the site. It is recommended to consult the GTCs before each order.
