Thepurebeauty reimbursement policy
Accepted returns only target defective articles.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you bought is defective. If you receive a defective article, please contact us at the email address below and provide the details of the product and the defect.

We will then tell you how to return the product. You will have to take on shipping costs related to the return of your item. We are not responsible for losses or damage occurring during transport. You must also, for all returns, prepare shipping and insurance costs (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the latter will not include shipping and handling costs that may appear on the packaging slip or the bill.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and we will notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange due to the defect.
If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or we will reimburse you the purchase price (depending on the initial payment method). The shipping and handling costs that you have already paid are not refundable and the reimbursed amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
Return of non -open items:
We accept the feedback from new and not open items (in plastic packaging).
You can return the items not open to their original packaging in the 15 days depending on the reception of the package.
If 15 days have been sold since, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To follow the status of your return, please contact us at the email address below.
